Box's AI is locked into Box. You buy AI Units from Box. To unlock multi-step AI agents that can read, organise, and modify files on your behalf, you need Box Enterprise Plus: A$70 per user per month, three-user minimum, A$210/month floor before you've added a single document.
ShareAndGo speaks the Model Context Protocol natively. Connect your existing claude.ai or ChatGPT subscription as a custom connector. Your AI gets read access by default, optional write access on opt-in, all gated by per-room owner consent. Honest scope: claude.ai web is brilliant for reading, searching, and asking questions across data rooms, and for small writes like creating rooms or moving documents.
