Data Residency

Your documents never leave Australia. Every document, database record and backup is stored and processed in Google Cloud's Sydney region (australia-southeast1), and document content, including all AI search and OCR, is processed entirely in Australia: the clear answer to data-sovereignty questions from the ATO, regulators and your own clients.

Some services run elsewhere: sign-in details are held by Google in the United States, payments are handled by Stripe in the United States, and email and text-message delivery details pass through providers that may process them overseas. They never carry your document content.
